Should You Watch It?
Watch it as the board-state episode: three fronts going live, Clayman realizing the civilians are gone, older demon lords filing Rimuru as interesting. Skip it and Walpurgis has no audience reaction. The Three Beastketeers will go hunting officers. The ogre who was an ambassador on this road is now the relief general with a grudge against the man who used Milim’s name on this dirt.
Youm, his crew, and Diablo peel toward Falmuth to install a king in the vacuum Megiddo left. Third front, as promised. A primordial helping an adventurer into a palace is the series’ sense of humor with a body count behind it.

Rimuru’s refugee inversion completes: Eurazania’s people are in Tempest. Clayman’s army arrives to a harvest with no crop. Souls he wanted, witnesses he wanted, a tragedy he wanted to exhibit at Walpurgis — missing. The resentment is immediate. A man who has been trying to awaken as a true demon lord for a long time just watched a slime steal the fuel off the table.
That theft is the most insulting thing Rimuru has done to him, worse than Falmuth going wrong, because it is competent. Clayman can survive a brute. He cannot stand being out-administered.

The Falmuth installation going out in parallel is the human-world lock while the demon-lord world goes to war. Youm has to become a king in a country that just lost twenty thousand sons. Diablo treating that as an interesting errand is horrifying and useful. Rimuru’s coalition is a slime, a primordial, and a guy who used to take guild quests. That sentence should not run a region. It is going to try.
Benimaru does not have time to care about palaces. His field is about to fill with Five Fingers and clowns. The hour is a split-screen of people walking to their jobs.

By the end, the producer’s script has a hole where the civilians were. Walpurgis is still on the calendar. The army is still a problem. Rimuru is still going to the banquet. The older lords are still watching. The trick worked, which means the next hours are Clayman improvising, and improvisation is when he gets sloppy and dangerous.
The title is The Demon Lords. Not yet the banquet floor. The class, noticing. A slime just did logistics in front of the senior staff. Some of them are impressed. That is not the same as safe.
