Clayman, losing, orders Milim to Stampede and kill the room. She does not. She was never controlled. The Destroyer played along to expose his plans and the mastermind behind the mastermind. The honey friend was a double agent in a child’s voice. Rimuru’s worst matchup was a performance. The hall’s older lords just watched a con.
That reveal rewrites the last two hours of dread without cheapening the punches — Veldora still ate a real hit, because the acting included real violence. Milim can output Destroyer and still be on your side. That is the terrifying version of the snack joke from Season 1.

Carrion, not ash
Carrion is alive. Eurazania’s reported destruction was part of the theater. Frey (and the rest of the quiet conspiracy of lords who were not Clayman’s) sat on the truth so the producer would overplay. The Beastketeers’ war was real; the king’s death was not.
