One Fact and Spoilers page for Solo Leveling — hub tab, not a news dump. This map runs through the aired TV through Season 2 Episode 13 (“On to the Next Target”). Character names link to guides. It does not invent a Season 3 or Beyond the System plot.
What the anime rarely explains
The System is not a shared hunter HUD. Only Sung Jinwoo levels. Everyone else is a fixed class while his ceiling moves. Daily quests and penalty zones are coercion, not cute RPG flavor. Hunter ranks (E→S) are labor labels as much as power meters. Gates are temporary dungeon doors — until a Double Dungeon or Red Gate proves some of them are designed. Shadow extraction is a second economy of loyalty and memory, not “cool undead pets only.”
Watch order
- Season 1 (12) → Season 2: Arise from the Shadow (13). Total 25 TV episodes.
- ReAwakening is a compilation plus S2 preview. Not required before Episode 1.
- Start at Season 1 Episode 1. Do not jump to Jeju.
Season 1 — weakest hunter to Shadow Monarch
The Double Dungeon slaughter: Lee Joohee and Song Chi-Yul survive because Jinwoo holds the door. The System’s Player contract is a kill-timer, not a tutorial. Instance dungeons and daily penalties teach the rules. A C-rank insect job with Hwang Dongsuk and first-timer Yoo Jin-Ho turns into a betrayal; Jinwoo kills the spider and then the party. Hwang Dongsoo wants blood for his brother. Cerberus and the Demon’s Castle key exist because Jinwoo’s mother Park Kyung-Hye is dying and a potion can fix “any illness.” A C-rank raid with imprisoned hunters and B-rank Kang Taeshik is a cover-up murder; Jinwoo stops hiding. Ahn Sangmin smells a reawakening and fails to recruit him. Job-change castle: knights, then Igris. Daily-quest penalty zone saves the run. Title: Shadow Monarch. Igris stands back up as a shadow. Korea’s S-ranks learn Jeju’s ants are evolving toward the mainland.
Season 2 — Arise, Red Gate, Jeju
Jinwoo’s sister Sung Jin-Ah and truant hunter Han Song-Yi pull him onto a C-rank that becomes a Red Gate. A-rank Kim Chul abandons the low ranks; ice boss Baruka waits. Jinwoo raises Chul as Iron and leaves. Baek Yoonho smells something wrong and still cannot prove it. Father Sung Il-Hwan walks out of a U.S. gate after ten years, hospitalizes Dongsoo, and warns about a coming catastrophe. Jinwoo reassesses as Korea’s tenth S-rank and still refuses guilds — White Tiger’s Baek, Hunters Guild’s Choi Jong-In, Association chairman Go Gun-Hee. Mining cover puts him next to Cha Hae-In, who notices he does not smell like other hunters. A high-orc raid boss is raised as Tusk. Demon’s Castle: Esil Radiru guides; Demon King Baran and the white dragon that becomes Kaisel. The Elixir of Life wakes Park Kyung-Hye. Jinwoo still refuses Jeju — then hides soldiers in other hunters’ shadows. Japan’s Goto Ryuji wins the exhibition and dies to the Ant King anyway. Healer Min Byung-Gyu dies; Jinwoo arrives late, beats the Ant King, and uses Byung-Gyu’s shadow to save Hae-In before releasing the soul. The Ant King stands as Beru. Jinwoo plans a guild. Two strange beings wipe a Jeju cleanup crew and leave through a gate; Il-Hwan watches. Stop there. No invented next-war fights.
Manhwa context the TV softens
Ranks, System shop text, and some inner-monologue stat talk are denser on the page. The anime is the watch-order source for this site. We do not treat unadapted later arcs (national-level hunters, remaining Monarchs) as required homework for the episode guides.
